Bethany Baudhuin has a diverse work experience beginning in 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Once Upon a Child as a Sales Associate, where they conducted intake, evaluation, and documentation of used clothing intended for resale, explained complicated procedures and policies quickly and clearly to customers, and provided organizational support throughout store and storage areas. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at the Trojan Scholars Society, where they held the roles of Co-Chair, Marketing Director, and Marketing Lead Committee Member. Bethany increased social media engagement by 48.45% through a strategic community-building campaign and developed and maintained a uniform brand image across Instagram, MailChimp, and printed media. From 2019 to 2022, Bethany worked at the University of Southern California as a Senior Coordinator and Orientation Coordinator. Currently, they are working at Second Order Effects, Inc. as a People Operations Coordinator.

Bethany Baudhuin attended Hinsdale South High School from 2014 to 2018 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Psychology at the University of Southern California, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
