Adela KACSO-VIDREAN has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software engineering and technical training. Starting in 2012, Adela worked as a Summer Research Intern at ENS Lyon, where they focused on integrating D. I. E into the Avalon research team's work. From 2011 to 2013, Adela was a Junior Software Engineer at PITECH+PLUS, contributing to long-term projects for the World Custom Organisation and gaining experience in front-end development, database management, and unit testing. Adela then joined Rodeapps in 2014, initially working as a Software Engineer and eventually transitioning into the role of Team Lead. In this position, they worked on both backend and frontend development, managing a team and assisting with API integration. From 2018 to 2020, Adela worked as a Senior Software Engineer at QCatalyst Romania, further strengthening their technical skills. In 2020, they became a Technical Trainer at the Software Development Academy, teaching programming to individuals seeking a career change and utilizing Python, Django, Flask, SQL, and TDD. Adela returned to Sector Labs in 2020 and 2022 in the roles of Full Stack Engineer, focusing on providing scalable and reliable systems for large real estate portals in Asia. Finally, they joined IT Factory in 2022 as a Technical Trainer, teaching programming classes with an emphasis on practice and also taking on a coordination role for frontend and Python technologies. Adela's work experience showcases their expertise in software engineering, technical training, and leadership roles.

Adela KACSO-VIDREAN received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca. Adela attended this institution from 2009 to 2013. Later, Adela pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Informatics at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Adela also obtained several certifications. Notably, they became a Certified Associate in Python Programming (PCAP) from the OpenEDG Python Institute in November 2018. Adela also received the [PCAP-31-02] PCAP – Certified Associate in Python Programming certification from the Python Institute in the same month and year. Additionally, they completed the Application Security and Secure Coding Training from CODEBASHING LTD in October 2019.
