Mark Chiles

Mark Chiles has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mark started their career at ServiceWorld Computer Center as a PC Technician, where they built, installed, troubleshooted, and upgraded computer hardware and software. Mark also provided solutions for customers' personal and business needs.

After that, they joined CoxHealth, where they held multiple roles, including Helpdesk Specialist, Implementation Specialist, and Digital Imaging Specialist. In these roles, they provided support for Windows domain network systems, implemented and supported computer hardware and applications, and ensured the proper operation of DICOM digital image data transfer into the PACS.

Next, Mark worked at HealthTronics, Inc. as a Senior Integration Engineer. Here, they designed, developed, tested, and deployed integration solutions, including HL7 interfaces and data migrations. Mark also deployed bi-directional interfaces with various practice management systems and developed processes for file format conversions.

Mark then transitioned to Cerner Corporation as a Technology Architect. In this role, they developed, implemented, and maintained the technical architecture and framework for the ED Coding solutions provided by Cerner. Mark managed the technical upgrade of the Lynx Suite to the ICD-10 Compliant version for clients.

Currently, Mark is working at Sectra as a Functional Lead, Integrations and previously served as an HL7 Integration Engineer. Further details about their roles at Sectra are not provided.

Mark Chiles attended Hillcrest High School from 1990 to 1994. However, no information is available regarding any degree or field of study obtained during this time.
