Taylor Austin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2002, they worked at 1-800 CONTACTS as a Supervisor, focusing on customer satisfaction and sales. From 2004 to 2008, they served as the Hewlett Packard Area Sales Lead at MarketSource Inc., managing client relationships and providing product education. At Tomax Corporation from 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Analyst, Account Manager, overseeing problem resolution and software development. They then moved to Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions as a Health Programs Manager, where they developed marketing plans and negotiated contracts. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Instructure, serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Success and overseeing project implementations. They then worked as the Manager of Customer Success at Procore Technologies, focusing on post-sale customer experience and team management. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as the Sr. Director, Customer Success at HG Insights, implementing client success tools and managing CSM teams. Most recently, they joined Wrike in 2021 as the Head of Customer Success, leading the global enterprise CSM team. In the future, they will be joining Secure Code Warrior as the Head of Customer Success.
Taylor Austin holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Utah. Additionally, Taylor has obtained several certifications, including Change Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2019, and Procore Certified Project Manager certifications in Construction Financials, Core Tools, and Quality & Safety from Procore Technologies in 2018.
