John Bartley

John Bartley has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. John served as the Vice President of Strategic Accounts + Delivery at Secure Exchange Solutions, where they were responsible for managing key accounts. Prior to that, they worked as a Healthcare Consultant at John Bartley Consulting, exploring new roles in the healthcare industry.

John also held leadership positions at Sandlot Solutions, where they served as the Vice President of Strategic Account Management, overseeing HIE implementations and providing leadership for the Operations Group. John was then promoted to Director of Implementation, responsible for the implementation of the MetroChicago HIE.

Additionally, John worked as a Consultant at Secure Exchange Solutions and as the Vice President of Information Technology at ADESA. John also founded their own consulting company, J A Bartley Consulting, where they served as President and later as an Engagement Manager for Portal Implementations.

Before that, John had a long tenure at Eli Lilly and Company, where they held various roles, including being part of a Loaned Executive Program and serving as an Information Technology Manager and Director for projects related to global business integration, financial and business accountability, and sales.

Early in their career, John worked as a Project Leader for Claims at Mayflower Moving Company. Overall, John has a diverse background and extensive experience in strategic account management, healthcare consulting, implementation leadership, and information technology management.

John Bartley attended Urbana High School from 1968 to 1972, and later went on to Tri-State University from 1972 to 1976, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Information Technology.
