Lena Smart

Lena Smart currently serves as the Head of Trust at SecurityPal, a software platform focused on improving security reviews through AI-driven assistance and expert support, since November 2024. Prior to this role, Lena was the Chief Information Security Officer at MongoDB from March 2019 to May 2024, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing all aspects of security. Additional experience includes serving as the Global CISO at Tradeweb from February 2016 to March 2019 and holding various roles including CIO and CISO at the New York Power Authority, the nation's largest public power utility, from February 2001 to February 2016.
