Rajesh Pankajakshan

Rajesh Pankajakshan has extensive experience in information technology and operations management. Rajesh is currently the Vice President of Information Technology at Securonix, where they oversee service delivery and management teams, establishes cloud operations, and engages with customers for service reviews. Prior to this, Rajesh served as the Director of Information Technology Services at Sabre Corporation, where they designed and led multiple command centers, stabilized IT operations, and implemented SRE practices. Rajesh also held the position of Head of E2E Operations, Service Management, and Project Services at AXA Technologies Shared Services, where they managed IT infrastructure services and service delivery. Rajesh has also worked as the Vice President of Technical Services Group at Hinduja Global Solutions and the Vice President of Information Technology at Firstsource, where they were responsible for IT operations, solution design, application development, and IT project management. Earlier in their career, Rajesh served as the IT Manager at Auscon Consultants International, where they led IT operations and application development.

Rajesh Pankajakshan has a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics from Bangalore University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. In 1995 to 1996, they also pursued a Diploma in Software Technology & Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology. Additionally, Rajesh obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Network Centered Computing and Application Development from NIIT in 1994 to 1995. In 2008 to 2009, they completed Project Management Training - PMBOK Framework (PMI) from Seed Infotech. Rajesh has also undergone Corporate Training in ITIL Foundation in 2009 to 2010. Rajesh has expanded their knowledge by obtaining various additional certifications in diverse domains such as Google Cloud Platform Infrastructure, Agile Development Practices, Artificial Intelligence Foundations, and Leadership Foundations, among others. In 2015, they attended a program on Transformational Leadership at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, focusing on organizational leadership.
