Bob Durfey is a seasoned leadership consultant, mentor, and executive coach with extensive experience in guiding professionals toward significant contributions in their fields. Since May 2017, Bob has been associated with Seed Company, specializing in leadership development. As the founder and president of R.W. Durfey & Associates since April 2008, Bob focuses on executive coaching and mentorship. Previously, from August 2008 to December 2016, Bob served as the Director of Strategic Consulting & Connections at HALFTIME, where efforts were directed towards helping successful business individuals transition their skills into meaningful work. Bob's career began in the U.S. Coast Guard, where a notable tenure spanned from May 1978 to June 2008, culminating in roles such as Chief of External Affairs and Commanding Officer. Bob holds multiple advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master's in Strategic Studies from the Air Force Senior Service School.
