Robert Griffin has had a long and successful career in the technology industry. Robert began their career in 2004 as a Senior Consultant at Premier Inc, where they provided ad-hoc Business Intelligence reporting using MicroStrategy and designed, built, and implemented an automated solution to automate data transformation. In 2008, they moved to Wells Fargo Advisors (Wachovia Securities) as a Lead Business Analyst/Quality Analyst, providing strategic direction and leading a team of technical analysts for three applications, enabling front office trading and research. In 2009, they joined Bank of America as a Technology Solutions Manager and then as a Technical Delivery Manager for CFO Risk and Wholesale Enterprise Credit Risk. Here, they provided strategic vision in the conceptual data flow and input points to ensure that end-state reporting initiatives, as well as application maintainability and future scalability were achieved. In 2014, they joined IBM as an Analytics Solution Architect & Technical Specialist and provided solution architecture support across several lines of enterprise systems and applications. In 2019, they moved to Griffin Technology and Consulting Solutions as a Solution Architecture Consulting, Design, and Delivery Management, managing all aspects of the business, delivering critical data, insight, and expertise to customers, and working with motivated startups to design and build scalable architecture and hardware. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President Managed Services at SeedSpark.

Robert Griffin holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Western Carolina University, obtained in 2008. Robert also holds a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Science, with a minor in Business Administration, from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, obtained in 2003. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications from IBM: Cloud & Cognitive Patterns in 2017, IBM Analytics Platform Foundations in 2016, and IBM Watson Data Platform Foundations in 2016.
