Joe Scarborough

Mr. Scarborough joined Seefried Properties as Senior Development Manager in 2016. He now serves as Vice President of Development for Seefried's Southeast region. Prior to joining the company, he was in real estate development since 2010, managing build-to-suit and speculative development projects around the Southeast. Mr. Scarborough also has experience with projects consisting of roadway infrastructure improvements, warehouse tenant upfits, office upfits, multi-family, and small retail construction.

With just under 10 years in the industry, Mr. Scarborough has managed over 10 million square feet of industrial development projects in five states for clients such as Amazon.com, Mars Petcare, Rite Aid Corporation, Dorel, Kenco Logistics, Walmart and others.
