Prior experience includes serving as a Commander and Professor of Aerospace Studies at Norwich University, where leadership was provided to a 1,000-person team responsible for commissioning cadets. Matthew held several significant leadership roles within NATO, including Chief of Requirements for the NATO Airborne Early Warning and Control Force HQ, and commanded a 600-person group at the 505th Test & Evaluation Group, executing high-value tests for the Department of Defense. Additional roles featured responsibilities in command and control requirements at HQ USAF and notable engagements with DARPA. Matthew's academic credentials include advanced degrees in Joint Campaign Planning & Strategy and Strategic Studies, along with a background in human relations and business management.
