Matthew Smith

Matthew Smith is an accomplished senior consultant and subject matter expert in BMC2 at Seeker Integrated Solutions since October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Commander and Professor of Aerospace Studies at Norwich University, where leadership was provided to a 1,000-person team responsible for commissioning cadets. Matthew held several significant leadership roles within NATO, including Chief of Requirements for the NATO Airborne Early Warning and Control Force HQ, and commanded a 600-person group at the 505th Test & Evaluation Group, executing high-value tests for the Department of Defense. Additional roles featured responsibilities in command and control requirements at HQ USAF and notable engagements with DARPA.
