In 2022, ND Egwuatu joined SeekOut as the Director of Strategic Sales, where they are responsible for leveraging AI to help organizations recruit, retain, and develop their diverse talent base.

They also became an Advisory Council Member for Harvard Business Review in 2022, providing guidance and expertise in strategic business topics.

As a member of the Advisory Board for the Customer Experience Program at the University of Richmond, ND Egwuatu contributes their insights and knowledge in enhancing customer experiences.

Prior to these roles, ND Egwuatu worked as a Strategic Regional Sales Manager at Splunk from 2021 to 2022, and as a Large Enterprise Executive - Finance/Operations at Gartner from 2017 to 2021. They achieved recognition as the #1 producing Account Executive/Client Director across Gartner's Global Business Services.

Before that, ND Egwuatu held positions at Tableau Software as a Senior Named Account Manager and Sales Area Manager in 2017, and at Windstream as a Business Account Executive and Account Manager from 2011 to 2016. In these roles, they were responsible for managing and growing client relationships, advocating internally for customer needs, and implementing telecommunications solutions.

They began their career as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2009 and as a District Manager at Automatic Data Processing in 2008.
