Asim Siddiqui

Asim Siddiqui is SVP, Research & Tech Development and brings over 20 years of experience in bioinformatics and software engineering to Seer. Prior to Seer, he was Chief Technology Officer at NuMedii responsible for the company’s AI drug discovery platform. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Product Development at Natera where he built drove Natera’s NIPT diagnostic cloud strategy and critical initiatives. Prior to Natera, Asim led bioinformatics methods and software for next-generation sequencing including as Director of Bioinformatics at Life Technologies, where he was awarded the Life Technology Inventor Award. Asim has authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications including articles in Science and Nature. He holds a doctorate in Bioinformatics from Oxford University and a degree in Physics from Cambridge University.
