RJ Ricci has a long history of professional experience. In 2022, they began working as the Director of Accounting & Finance Engagement at Segrera Associates, where they were responsible for developing new client business, managing client relationships, and performing contract and salary negotiations. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Vaco in various roles, including Senior Associate Client/Talent Engagement, Vaco Financial Associate, and Vaco Staffing Associate/Recruiter. In these roles, they were responsible for developing new client business, managing client relationships, and negotiating contracts and salaries. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as an Accountant/Marketer at SRQ Medical & Tax Consulting, Inc., where they were responsible for negotiating marketing contracts, negotiating deals with lenders, auditing revenue and sales reports, and preparing and training team processes.
