Sergio Daniel Rincón has been working in the customer service industry since 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Teleperformance. During their time there, they provided online support and created tickets if necessary to solve issues. Sergio Daniel also worked hand by hand with the Engineer team to escalate non-common issues and analyzed KPIs and team metrics to provide feedback and put goals to improve customer service.
