SeKON is seeking a Computer Security Systems Specialist (Security Engineer) to support NIH NIDDK IT Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but not limited to)
REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree along with at least five (5) years of relevant work experience in IT customer support or an Associate degree or high school diploma, with at least ten (10) years of relevant work experience.
This position requires strong written and verbal technical communication skills, excellent organization and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
The Security Engineer should have experience supporting, designing, configuring, implementing and/or administering at least three (3) of the following:
The Security Engineer shall have a Level 5 (NACIC) security clearance or obtain a Level 5 (NACIC) security clearance within six (6) months of the contract award.
The Security Engineer shall have at minimum, a Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) v3.
In addition, the Contractor shall provide personnel who hold one or more of certifications from (ISC) 2, Comp TIA, SANS, or other well recognized certifying body. Sample certifications include:
