Shannon Knowlton is an experienced professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Voice of the Customer Manager at Selective Insurance since November 2016, and previously holding roles such as Senior Distribution Strategies Specialist and Agency Development Analyst. Shannon is a member of Women in CX ™, an online community dedicated to promoting networking and support among women in the customer experience field.
