Paula Kapavik

Ms. Kapavik joined Selerix in July 2015 and comes to the company with over 30 years of experience in the insurance business. Prior to joining Selerix, Ms. Kapavik spent 31 years at Texas Life Insurance Company, in a career that encompassed finance, sales, and operations. As Vice President of Sales Operations, Ms. Kapavik’s responsibilities included case implementation, customer retention, new business, and sales relations. Prior to that position, she was the National Sales Director recruiting and working with brokers and enrollment companies across the U.S. Ms. Kapavik received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
