Jason Dehler

Jason Dehler has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Jason began their career as a Private Equity Intern at PGW Worldwide in 2007, where they gained experience in internal reporting, due diligence, and business development. Jason then joined Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. in 2008 and held multiple roles, including Manager of Franchise Recruiting & Engagement, where they focused on the growth and development of a franchise sales territory. During their time at Ameriprise, they also participated in a Finance Leadership Development Program and worked abroad in India.

In 2013, Jason joined IDEO as a Business Operations & Strategy specialist, where they honed their skills in business analysis and strategy. Jason then moved to LinkedIn in 2015, working as an Enterprise Account Manager, collaborating with customers to meet their business needs.

In 2016, Jason transitioned to the fitness industry as the VP/GM and Chief Towel Washer at Fly Feet Running, where they played a vital role in designing, launching, and operating the business. Two years later, they joined GoKart Labs (now part of West Monroe Partners), initially serving as a Solution Lead, responsible for delivering innovative solutions for clients. Later, they became the Digital Product Team Lead, leading product strategy and managing teams focused on healthcare products and experiences.

In 2018, Jason took on an advisory role at Chanl Health, focusing on growth and customer experience for cardiac event recovery. Most recently, they joined Self Esteem Brands, LLC in 2020 as the Senior Director of Innovation & New Revenue, leading a team that prioritizes and delivers new ideas to improve member health and drive franchisee growth. Jason is currently the Head of Product for StrongerU Nutrition at the same company.
