Tom Gilbertson

Tom Gilbertson is an experienced security and compliance professional with a strong background in IT security roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Security & Compliance at Self Esteem Brands, LLC since December 2019, Tom has previously held positions including Sr. IT Security Consultant at UnitedHealth Group and IT Security Operations Capability Architect at Allianz Life. Tom's expertise encompasses PCI compliance, identity management, incident response, and vulnerability management. Tom's earlier experience includes senior roles at Ingenix, The Toro Company, and BlueCross BlueShield of MN, where responsibilities ranged from security leadership on infrastructure projects to compliance analysis for HIPAA and SOX. Tom holds a B.A. in Business Management from Luther College.
