About the Role:

We are a cutting-edge fintech company dedicated to transforming how to build and access more credit for consumers  with innovative & customer focused solutions. Our mission is to empower consumers to build & enable easy access to credit. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Product Management to define & lead the development and execution of our consumer lending product strategy including cards & different short/long terms consumer loans. The Senior Director of Product Management will be responsible for driving the creation and growth of innovative consumer lending products portfolio. This role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the consumer fintech landscape focused on credit & lending products, strong product management expertise, passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and outcomes. 

What you will do: 

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our consumer lending products portfolio with a focus on new types of products that we can launch to meet our customers needs.
  •  Help grow the card products rapidly
  • Stay on top of industry regulations and proactively make strategic decisions to drive fast progress. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains a leader in the consumer lending space. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver innovative and user-friendly lending solutions with step function business outcomes. Drive fast decision making in service of the product outcomes
  • Leverage data, user & market research to validate the strategy, differentiate the offering and double down on winning in this space
  • Own and drive the roadmap and prioritization with stakeholders.  
  • Foster a culture of innovation,  continuous learning & improvement in the Org.  
  • Seasoned player coach who can inspire, motivate and build high performing teams. Mentor and develop a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and professional growth opportunities. 

What we want you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.  
  • 12+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer lending or financial products within a fintech or tech-driven environment. 
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer lending products with significant revenue and customer growth. 
  • Ability to balance the qualitative and quantitative to create impactful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing product management teams. 
  • Deep understanding of consumer lending regulations, market dynamics, and customer needs. 

Base salary range: $237,000 - $289,000 annually.  Individual pay is based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and other job-related reasons.
