Maiia Utkina is currently working as the Global Product & Experience Director at Selina. In this role, Maiia is responsible for defining product guidelines, conducting brand audits, and developing a deep understanding of the customer journey to improve the overall customer experience. Previously, Maiia held various positions at Selina such as Global Director of Compliance, Global Director of Operations Excellence & Optimization, and Head of Country: Panama. Maiia has a Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing from Rennes School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Management from the Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University.
