Konsta Mustasilta

Konsta Mustasilta's work experience starts in 2016 as a Household Mover at Jobio Henkilöstöpalvelut, where they participated in residential and corporate moves and worked as a furniture technician. In 2017, they joined Kalmar as a Logistics Trainee, responsible for coordinating outbound operations and processes in the spare parts supply chain. From 2019 to 2020, Konsta worked as a Trainee in the Operational Development Office at Cargotec, where they contributed to reporting and prioritizing strategic internal development projects. In 2020, they joined Leadfeeder as a Data Trainee, enriching the company's database of companies. Later that year, they joined PwC Finland as a Trainee in the Transaction Services team, supporting DDV sales processes and operational M&A engagements. In 2021, Konsta became a Data Specialist at Leadfeeder, leading a team of five Data Specialists and ensuring data quality for users. In 2022, they also worked as a Research Assistant at Aalto University, where they wrote their master's thesis on product management. In 2022, they joined Priceff as a Business Consultant, focused on optimizing pricing and enhancing customer profitability. Finally, in 2023, Konsta joined Sellforte as a Product Manager, using data science algorithms and industry expertise to help companies measure marketing ROI and plan future media investments.

Konsta Mustasilta completed their Bachelor of Science (Tech.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tampere University of Technology in the years 2015 to 2018. Konsta then pursued further education at Aalto University from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained their Master of Science (Tech.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

In spring 2020, Konsta Mustasilta participated in an exchange program at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), focusing on their studies in the field of Industrial Engineering and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Konsta Mustasilta obtained several certifications. In January 2023, they completed the "Become a Product Manager" certification from Udemy. In May 2022, they obtained the "First Time As Team Lead" certification from Tekniikan akateemiset TEK.
