Cathrine Beyer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Cathrine began their career in 1985 as a Sales Staff and Travel Guide at La Piste Resebyrå, where they marketed and sold skiing holidays and provided customer service. In 1986, they briefly worked as an administrator at Industrifinans. From 1987 to 2008, Cathrine worked at SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) in multiple roles, including Flight Officer, Manager of Station Procedures, Support and Training, Product Manager, and Flight Captain. Cathrine gained extensive experience in aviation operations and management during their time at SAS. In 2015, Cathrine joined Beijer Academy as Principal until 2017. Cathrine then joined Semantix in 2017 as a Team Manager, overseeing Project Specialists and Customer Managers. Cathrine later became a Team Manager for Translation Operations in the private sector before transitioning to a Department Manager role in Customer Success in 2020. Currently, Cathrine is the Director of Customer Success at Semantix, where they lead the customer success team.
