Colleen Chua

Colleen Chua has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Colleen is currently Vice President of Projects (Corporate) at Sembcorp Industries Ltd, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Human Resources for Singapore & Southeast Asia Market at Sembcorp Industries Ltd from July 2021 to March 2023. Before joining Sembcorp, they worked as an Associate Director of Human Resources at NCS Group from November 2020 to July 2021. Colleen also held the position of Practice Lead for Comp & Ben Ops and International Mobility at Keppel Corporation Limited from August 2019 to September 2020. Colleen has experience as the Head of Human Resources at Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development Co., Ltd. from May 2017 to July 2019. Colleen also worked as a Senior HR Manager (Compensation & Benefits) at Keppel Corporation Limited from April 2010 to April 2017.

Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant HR Manager at Keppel Offshore & Marine from 2007 to 2010 and as a Business Process Associate at Agilent Technologies from 2005 to 2007.

Colleen Chua received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from RMIT University in 2003. Colleen also obtained an HR Graduate Certification from Singapore Management University at an unspecified time in 2014.
