Bsme/Mba William Cargile

William Cargile, BSME/MBA, has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. William is currently the Director of Production Operations at FlaktGroup SEMCO since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Plant Operations Manager at Nucor Corporation from August 2021 to January 2023. Before that, they held multiple roles at Danfoss, including General Manager, Production Director, Value Stream Manager, and Global Project Manager. William also served as the General Manager at Precision Roll Grinders, Inc. and held managerial positions at Emerson. William started their career as a Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve. Throughout their career, Cargile has demonstrated strong leadership, successfully managing operations, overseeing teams, and achieving significant improvements in productivity, on-time shipment, and customer satisfaction.

William Cargile earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Arkansas, where they attended from 1990 to 1995. William furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2001 to 2004.
