Terri Black

Terri Black has over 11 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Terri began their career in 2000 as an HR Representative at MFA Incorporated and worked there for 11 years. In 2011, they joined FlaktGroup SEMCO as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Terri is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, including succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Terri is also the main point of contact for HR-related matters and is in charge of communicating and supporting the company's mission and vision.

Terri Black attended Keytesville RIII for an unknown period of time before moving on to Truman State University. At Truman State, Terri pursued studies in Child Psychology/Education. Apart from their formal education, Terri also obtained a certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2015.
