Betsy is a 30-year veteran of the B2B software industry, with nearly 25 years’ experience in systems management, primarily for Microsoft technologies. She’s held leadership roles in product marketing and partner development and is thrilled for the opportunity to build the customer success function for Semperis in North America. Betsy’s passion is helping vendors more fully understand and more effectively communicate the value of their solutions, and helping customers realize that value. Betsy was a significant and long-term contributor to two highly successful software startups (including one unicorn), and her experience includes both traditional and as-a-service offerings.
