Jessica Swank

Jessica Swank is an experienced HR leader currently serving as Chief People Officer at Box since December 2018, where responsibilities expanded to include VP People Partners & People Operations. Additionally, since May 2023, Jessica holds the position of HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital, contributing to an early-stage fund focused on transformative technology within healthcare, work, and financial wellness. Prior roles include VP People at Blue Bottle Coffee, VP Human Resources at Aruba (a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company), and multiple VP Human Resources positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP, where Jessica was instrumental in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational change. Jessica began the HR career at Solectron Corp, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
