Rebecca Port, PhD, serves as the Chief People Officer at 10x Genomics and is an HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Netflix and served as the Managing Director, Global Head of HR Risk and Compliance, as well as Head of HR for Europe and the Americas at Standard Chartered Bank. Additionally, Rebecca worked as HR Director at Allergan. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Occupational Psychology from The University of Sheffield and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Nottingham University Business School.
