Brian L. Kelly

Brian Kelly serves as Vice President for Global Public Policy at Sempra since July 2019 and is the CEO of BK Strategies, a consulting firm based in Washington, DC, established in 2009. With a rich background in government affairs, Brian held various senior positions including Vice President for Legislative and Regulatory Affairs at America's Natural Gas Alliance, Senior Director at Comcast, and Executive Vice President for Global Government Affairs and Communications at the Electronic Industries Alliance. Brian also directed government affairs at The Walt Disney Company and legislative affairs at the National Association of Broadcasters. Additionally, Brian served as Assistant to the Governor for Policy in the State of Tennessee early in the career. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Samford University.
