Dirk Allie

Dirk Allie has extensive experience in environmental health and safety. Dirk is currently working as the Principal Auditor in Environmental Health & Safety at Sempra since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Environmental Health and Safety Specialist at Illumina from August 2021 to February 2023. Dirk also served as the Director of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment from August 2020 to August 2021. Before that, Dirk worked as a Regional Safety Manager at U.S. Venture, Inc. from April 2018 to August 2020. Dirk also held positions such as Branch Safety and Risk Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev from August 2016 to March 2018, Safety Specialist at Amazon from January 2015 to August 2016, and Health and Safety Intern at OmniSource Corporation from December 2014 to January 2015. Dirk started their career as a Stagecraft Worker at The University of Findlay from August 2012 to December 2014. Dirk also gained experience as an Environmental, Health and Safety Coop at Schaeffler from May 2013 to August 2014, and as an Environmental Intern at PRO-TEC Coating Company from September 2013 to January 2014.

Dirk Allie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Management from The University of Findlay, from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's in Fine Arts in Theatre/Theater from the College of Lake County, from 2010 to 2012. Dirk has obtained certifications such as Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED from the American Heart Association. Dirk also has additional certifications in DOT Hazardous materials transportation, OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Compliance, OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER, and various FEMA certificates.
