Rosina Dean, MBA MPM has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rosina started their career at McDermott International, Ltd (formerly CB&I), where they worked in engineering from 2006 to 2011. After that, they joined Dow as a Project Engineering Manager for large capital projects from 2011 to 2013. Rosina then served as an Associate Director in Dow's Engineering Department, leading a team of 45 direct reports and managing global capital projects from 2013 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Rosina worked as an Associate Director in Dow's Contracts department, handling global contract management. Following their time at Dow, they joined Motorola Solutions as a Project Management Consultant from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Rosina holds the position of Director - Capital Project Solutions at Sempra Infrastructure, starting in 2022. In addition to their corporate experience, they have also been actively involved with the Society of Women Engineers as a GradSWE Community Mentor since 2020, providing support and guidance to women in STEM.

Rosina Dean, MBA MPM, has a strong educational background in project management and engineering. Rosina obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the years 1985 to 1989. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Project Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completing it between 1992 and 1996.

In 2013 to 2017, Rosina enrolled in The George Washington University School of Business and earned a Master's degree in Project Management. This further expanded their knowledge and expertise in the field.

In addition to their formal education, Rosina Dean has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skill set. Rosina completed courses such as "Supply Chain Logistics - Rutgers," "IS/IT Governance - University of Minnesota," and "Managing an Agile Team - University of Virginia" through Coursera, achieving them in June 2020, May 2020, and May 2020, respectively. Furthermore, they completed the "Fred Kofman on Managing Conflict" course on LinkedIn in December 2018. These certifications reflect their commitment to continuous learning and professional development in various relevant areas.
