Tavi Udrea

Tavi Udrea, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in human resources and organization development. From 2017 to the present, Tavi has held various roles at Semtech, including Senior Director of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Director of Organization Development, and Director of Human Resources and Talent Development. Prior to that, Tavi worked at Haas Automation, Inc. for over a decade, serving as the Director of Global Training and Development, Director of Enterprise Training and HR Operations, Director of Global Customer Service and Training, and Operations Manager. Tavi's expertise spans across training, development, HR operations, and customer service.

Tavi Udrea, SHRM-SCP, holds an MBA in Master of Business Administration from the University of La Verne, which was obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, Tavi Udrea earned a BA in Business Administration from the same university between 2003 and 2007. In addition, Tavi Udrea has obtained the certification of SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in September 2019.
