Hugo Compas has held a variety of roles in the past 8 years. In 2013, they started as a Researcher Assistant at Flinders University. In 2014, they became a Marketing Project Owner at Champagne Barons de Rothschild. In 2015, they were the Marketing Manager at Natural Grass (NG) and the CEO & Founder of M. Oscar. In 2016, they were the Co-Founder of Kite Tech and the CMO at Natural Grass (NG). In 2018, they were the Country Launcher / Country Manager France at AGROPTIMA SL. In 2019, they became an Investor at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange. In 2020, they became the Head of Account Management, Head of Key Accounts and B2B products, and the European B2B & Partnership Manager at Sencrop. Finally, in 2022, they became an Investor at Snowball.xyz.

Hugo Compas has a diverse educational background, starting with a Classe Préparatoire from Lycée Janson de Sailly in 2008-2010, focusing on biology, chemistry, physics, life sciences, and mathematics. Hugo then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Marketing, Environnement, Management, and Développement Durable from AgroParisTech in 2010-2014. Hugo also obtained a TOEIC 945/990 certification from ETS Global in January 2014. In 2014-2015, they completed a Master's degree in Entrepreneuriat/Études Entrepreneuriales from HEC Paris.
