Xavier Martí Mitjans

Xavier Martí Mitjans has held a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2003 to 2010, they were an Encargado at TARGON HILL SL, where they managed a family business with 11 rabbit farms. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Verificador CRC at Consell Regulador del Cava, where they were part-time and verified the entry of grapes into different wineries. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Professor Docente at Consell Comarcal de l'Alt Penedès, and from 2016 to 2021, they were an Agente de Seguros Comerciales at Catalana Occidente. From 2021 to 2022, they were an Especialista en Ventas y Marketing at VIVEROS VITIS ORTIZ SL, an Especialista Comercial at InVIA1912, and an Outdoor Sales Spain at Sencrop. Finally, from 2015 to 2018, they were a Profesional Técnico and an Agente Comercial at Cultura y AquaPura and GESTIO TECNOAGRARIA SL, respectively.

Xavier Martí Mitjans completed a Tecnicatura in Ingeniería agrónoma y producción vegetal from Universitat de Lleida between 2006 and 2012. In 2019, they pursued a Postgrado Gestión y Dirección de Empresas Vitivinícolas from Wine business school, which they completed in 2020. Xavier is currently pursuing a Master in Sommelier from Wine Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
