Don was the founder and senior sales executive at MTL Systems from January 2011 to December 2013. Don is currently the general manager-Kenya at Sendy.

Don has a certificate in business plan training from Strathmore University and a certification in business intelligence and data analytics. Don also has a 2nd class upper in economics from Makerere University.
