Joseph Wire

Mr. Wire serves as the Managing Partner of Seneca Resources and oversees the daily operations of the company. Prior to cofounding the company, Mr. Wire served as the Sr. Vice President of Consulting Services for Preferred Systems Solutions, Inc. (PSS).

In 2001, Mr. Wire joined PSS as the result of the acquisition of IT Solutions, Inc. (ITS). Prior to joining PSS, Mr. Wire served as the President and CEO of ITS, a company he founded in 1997. ITS was headquartered in McLean, VA and provided strategic staffing solutions to government and industry. Prior to establishing ITS, Mr. Wire held positions with Booz Allen Hamilton and Intervise Consultants.

A native to the DMV, Mr. Wire resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and two children – Go Saxons!
