Tracy Smith

Tracy Smith currently serves as the Managing Director for the Atlanta, GA market of Seneca Resources. She is responsible for building strategic partnerships in the Atlanta technology community & growing an all-star team of Business Development Managers & Technical Recruiters.

Prior to joining Seneca, Tracy was a successful marketing & graphic design professional for several years before making the jump into the staffing world. She started her staffing career at Optomi Professional Services where she was promoted from Account Executive to Senior Account Executive to Lead Account Executive in under 4 years. During this time, she served on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Technology Professionals (ATP) & volunteered with organizations like InspirEdu that bridge the digital divide in under-served communities of Atlanta.

Tracy is a proud graduate of Clemson University. She resides in Atlanta with her fiancé, Corey, and their two rescue dogs, Chipper & Hudson. In her spare time, she enjoys Peloton rides, playing the piano, and reading a good book.
