Scott Marshall

Scott Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Scott currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Sensata Technologies, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Professor at the University of Central Missouri since January 2016. Scott also served as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Spear Power Systems from September 2018 to October 2022. Before that, they held the role of Vice President of Operations at Webco Manufacturing from January 2014 to May 2015. Scott Marshall's earlier experience includes multiple roles at Sika, where they served as the Director of New Business Launch from September 2010 to January 2014, Director of Manufacturing from June 2008 to January 2014, and Director of Quality from October 2006 to June 2008. Scott Marshall has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Western Michigan University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Scott also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Wayne State University, which they completed from 2000 to 2002. Furthermore, Scott completed an Executive Fellows MBA program at Rockhurst University from 2009 to 2011.
