Vikasith Pratty

Vikasith Pratty has extensive work experience in various IT and service delivery roles. Vikasith currently holds the position of Global IT Director of Service Delivery at Sensata Technologies. Prior to this, they worked at Foundation Medicine as an Engagement Partner, where they demonstrated accountability, collaborated with regional IT support managers, and implemented processes to improve team collaboration and productivity. Vikasith also served as a Delivery Director at PK, managing a budget of $20M and implementing standardized processes for global IT support. Earlier in their career, Vikasith worked at Converse as a Service Delivery Director & Product Management, where they achieved business process improvement and automation, led digital transformation initiatives, and oversaw global IT support operations. Vikasith has also held positions at Harvard Business School, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Wipro Technologies, IBM Global Services, and Dell, gaining valuable experience in program management, quality consulting, and customer escalation.

Vikasith Pratty's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Marketing from the University of Madras, obtained from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) in Management from Andhra University, from 1995 to 1998.
