Ilya Rosenberg

Ilya Rosenberg is a technology entrepreneur and inventor, best known for their work at Amazon Lab126, where they oversaw the development of the Kindle Voyage and the Dash Button. Prior to joining Amazon, Rosenberg worked at Valve Software, where they incorporated their real-time fluid rendering algorithm into the Source engine used in Portal 2. Ilya has also founded or co-founded several startups, including Touchco, Gotham Wave Games, and SmartLines LLC.

Ilya Rosenberg has a PhD in Computer Science from New York University. Their research is in the area of graphics, touch interaction, fluid simulation, and computer vision. Ilya also has a BSE in Computer Science from Princeton University.
