Erin Lynch

Erin Lynch currently serves as the Director of HR & Organizational Development at Senseonics, Incorporated, a position held since February 2018, where Erin is involved in launching the Eversense glucose sensor. Prior to joining Senseonics, Erin spent over a decade at Medtronic Diabetes in various roles including Director of Sales Training & Development for the Americas Region, focusing on team recruitment and development, innovative training methodologies, and scalable communication strategies. Other positions at Medtronic included Sr. Sales Training and Development Manager and Sales Program Manager, where Erin implemented comprehensive training programs and managed multiple induction training initiatives. Erin's earlier career included medical sales roles at Purdue Pharmaceuticals and Aventis Pharmaceuticals, coupled with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Clemson University.
