Anna Liljenwall

Anna Liljenwall currently serves as the Patient Care Coordination Department & Operations Manager at Sensible Care, where responsibilities include directing daily operations, task allocation, and productivity for over 25 remote Patient Care Coordinators. Previously, Anna worked as a Mental Health Life Coach, facilitating clients' personal and mental health goal identification using evidence-based techniques. Additionally, Anna held the position of Client Relations Manager at The Gateway Institute, optimizing client access to mental health services and acting as a liaison between clients and clinicians. Anna's career began at OC Behavioral Health as the Lead Patient Care Coordinator & Office Manager, where Anna managed a caseload of over 1,000 patients. Anna is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and holds a Life Coach Certification from Rhodes Wellness College.
