About this role:

As a Business Development Representative, you will have the exciting opportunity to directly contribute to the growth of Sensor Tower in APAC by qualifying prospects and arranging next-stage discussions with them. Your average day will consist of a mix of qualifying inbound leads generated by marketing, executing thoughtful outbound campaigns to target accounts, performing qualification of leads, and ultimately conducting a seamless handoff to the Sales team. We have invested in a robust tech stack and you will receive training and ongoing coaching to ensure you have the tools required to exceed expectations. You will also have a voice in the ongoing development of our go-to-market strategy in APAC - we find that the best suggestions for change come from the folks in the field! We’re looking for people determined to build a career in SaaS sales and we appreciate that the best performing sales teams are individuals from many different backgrounds and walks of life.

What you will focus on:

  • Manage and qualify all inbound channels: demo requests, write-in’s.
  • Devise and implement creative outbound strategies with the team to initiate conversations with VPs and C-Level prospects from major mobile publishers, brands and investment firms.
  • Become an expert and talk in-depth on all of the Sensor Tower intelligence products.
  • Build prospect lists into our key verticals in APAC.
  • Schedule prospective appointments and calls for our Sales Directors.
  • Continuous education into the ever-changing mobile and digital advertising space.
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Identify, qualify and prospect new clients.
  • Manage all Business Development softwares such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, etc.

What we are looking for:

  • Native-level Korean speaker and strong written/verbal English skills.
  • Knowledge or strong interest in the digital space.
  • Familiar with CRM (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Preferably 1+ year of experience in sales (SaaS sales experience is a plus).
  • Strong oral and written skills, and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to network and attend events/conferences.
  • Having an eye to spot opportunities to grow business.
  • Ability to keep up in a quickly-changing environment.
  • A proactive thinker who is eager to learn.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
