About this role:

As the Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Sensor Tower in the dynamic market across Singapore, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including business development, client management, strategic planning, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales, business development, and leadership, with a passion for driving growth and delivering exceptional results.

What you will focus on

  • Manage a team of Sales Directors focusing on new business sales and Account Directors on existing business.
  • Communication of strategic plans to account teams, and oversee the implementation and execution of those plans.
  • Interface with and support Sensor Tower SDRs, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Executive teams.
  • Identify and resolve issues/problems encountered by our customers acting as an Executive Sponsor on Strategic accounts.
  • Conducting regular Business Reviews to ensure our plan is aligned with customer business objectives and strategies.
  • Design and maintain reports used in sales analysis including sales forecasts.
  • Conduct C-level discussions with clients to strategize and address their use cases with our platform.
  • Bridge the gap between product teams and customers, effectively managing expectations on feature requests and releases.
  • Identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within your customer base.
  • Deliver training, analytics, insights, and best practices to Sales teams under your management.
  • Plan and execute region specific activities to improve revenue.
  • Act as a spokesperson during events for regions under your management.

What we are looking for

  • 8+ years of solid experience in Enterprise SaaS software.

  • 3+ years of proven experience successfully managing and motivating a Territory team to achieve performance goals.

  • Being customer obsessed and helping your customers to achieve their digital strategy goals.

  • Leading and developing your team to crush quarterly revenue targets.

  • Ensure deal visibility and accountability at key points in the Territory cycle, applying methodologies such as MEDDIC.

  • Spearhead marketing opportunities including virtual workshops, customer case studies, and other creative lead generation events.

  • Always building a bench of the top talent on the market, beside growing your team and assisting them in their career aspirations.
