Benjamin Rabner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Benjamin currently holds the position of Vice President of Demand Marketing and Growth at Sensor Tower, where they are responsible for driving marketing, demand generation, and growth for a SaaS business. Prior to this role, Benjamin served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Costa Vida, Fresh Mexican Grill, where they led the evolution of the business strategy and marketing to support hyper-growth. Benjamin also worked at Adobe in various roles, including Alliance Partner Marketing, Head of Experiential Marketing, and Global Marketing Campaign and Customer Journey Leader. Benjamin has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, where they taught a hands-on lab class on Customer Experience (CX) and served as an Advisory Board Member. Earlier in their career, Benjamin gained experience in business development and project management roles, including positions at Walmart, Fuse Development, BCR Designs, and Slade Development.
Benjamin Rabner has a B.A. degree in English from Brigham Young University (1998-2002). Benjamin later pursued an MBA at Brigham Young University, specializing in Marketing, Strategy, and Management (2010-2012). In 2021, Benjamin attended two educational programs: the Creativity as Competitive Edge program at Kellogg Executive Education and the Design Thinking Bootcamp at Stanford University's d.school.
