Torie Bashay

Torie Bashay, MSHRM, BSN, RN, NE-BC, currently serves as the Director of Health Plan Quality Improvement at Optima Health since April 2019. In addition, Torie Bashay has held the position of Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nurse Executive at Sentara Healthcare since April 2002, along with previously serving as Director of Patient Care Services. Torie Bashay earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Marymount University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University.
