Then in 2020, they became Head - Sales & Marketing, APAC at RICH & CO - Global Dream Insurance where they worked until 2022. In 2022, they became Business Head at GmoneyTrans and worked for ten months before joining SentBe as Head Growth C2C.

Balasabarinathan D. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Pondicherry University, Puducherry, completed in 2004. Later, they graduated with a Master of Science (MSc) in International Management from Télécom Paris in 2014.
