Rachel Klein

Rachel Klein has extensive experience in client service and employee support, currently serving as a Client Service Representative at Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group since February 2008. Responsibilities include managing over 70 client interactions daily regarding retirement accounts and benefits, processing loan and retirement packages, and ensuring client satisfaction, which has led to several accolades including “Call Awards.” Previously, Rachel held roles at Focus Pointe Global as a Facility Recruiter & Marketing Representative, where client communication and project management were key, and at Tourneau as a Sales Professional, recognized for outstanding sales performance and training capabilities. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bay State College and is certified in Section 125 Administrative Skills and COBRA Health & Welfare.
